Fits: Fits all head sizes, its made with a very stretchable elastic band.  

How to use:

Moisturize or style your hair as needed. Gently tuck your hair into the bonnet and pull it on snugly. Wear it overnight or while lounging to protect your hair, reduce breakage, and lock in moisture.
