In this class, you will learn the fundamental skills needed to sew a basic blouse. No prior sewing experience is required, as we will guide you through every step of the process.

What You’ll Learn:

• Familiarize yourself with sewing machines.
• Learn basic sewing techniques.
• Practice sewing straight and curved lines.
• Understand how to read and use blouse patterns.
• Take accurate body measurements.
• Cut fabric for your blouse.
• Sew your blouse from start to finish.
• Complete the class with a blouse you created yourself.

Equipment & Materials:

• All materials and tools will be provided for in-person classes.
• Fabric will be supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own.
• Light snacks will be available.
• Sewing tools and machines will be provided (you may bring your own if you prefer).

Additional Information:

• Bring an idea, picture, or sketch of the blouse design you’d like to make (limited to one style). Some exceptions may apply.
