Shipping and Returns
Please note all our products are made to order and will ship in 4 weeks to 6 weeks. Thank you so much for your support and patience.
As a small, made to order business, we have a 7-day return policy for store credit only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit or an exchange if available.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be emailed a gift card code on within 7 days.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the process, you can contact us at Ogeajibe@gmail.com with your reason of return, please be advised you will have to pay for return shipping. Please note Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange meant not be available at all times as all of our product are made to order as a small business we are still growing and all our products are limited products.
Please note we do NOT offer refunds at this time. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be emailed with your unique store credit discount code. Thank you for your understanding.
